The staff was incredibly friendly and ready to assist us with anything we needed, including room service and car hire. The hotel also had excellent commercial services and tours/ticket assistance. We loved the room amenities, which included everything from tea and coffee facilities to a flat-screen TV and an in-room safe. The leisure facilities, such as the sauna and outdoor swimming pool, were also fantastic.

We had a great stay at Renaissance! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the National Portrait Gallery. The room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed, safe, and fridge. We were impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. we highly recommend this hotel.

The staff changed our check-in date with no charge and helped us celebrate a special birthday. Lobby seating was comfortable, food was moderately priced, and there was a Starbucks. The concierge was helpful, but not knowledgeable about the Metro. a great experience.

Great location near Big Bus yellow route stop 46. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Perfect for business travelers.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel in downtown! It was so convenient and easy to access all the key places in this gem of a city. The staff at this place were lovely and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also have to mention the amazing massage my daughter had at the spa - she said it was the best she's ever had! The buffet breakfast included was also very good. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, allowing us to easily walk to the Verizon Center for the Adele concert and to downtown for our presentation at the Convention Center. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the rooms, hallways, bathrooms, and elevators, was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even accommodated our request for an early check-in after a long journey. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities were top-notch.

Amazing customer service, even covered the shipping for a forgotten item. Excellent facilities, including shops, coffee shop, and bar. Flawless service and spotless room maintenance.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was so close to all the major tourist attractions, making it very convenient. We could either walk or take a short ride to all the places we wanted to visit. Additionally, the hotel was classy and well-maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had a breathtaking view of the city, especially at night. It was a great bonus to have a Starbucks available in the lobby for our morning coffee fix.

There were a couple of aspects that were disappointing during our stay. Firstly, the breakfast was below standards. The coffee and espresso had an awful taste and there were no fresh fruit juices available. The breakfast options did not meet the expectations that come with a 5-star hotel. Secondly, the lack of basic amenities in the room was a letdown. There were no bath robes, vanity sets, or slippers provided. It would have been nice to have these amenities for added comfort during our stay.

We loved this hotel! Clean rooms with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect - we could easily walk to Chinatown and downtown DC. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.
