Great location, close to Disney parks & provides useful facilities like laundry. Room with a sofa couch & full kitchen was perfect for us during our Xmas stay. Kid-friendly atmosphere and friendly staff added to our positive experience.

Some parts of the room seemed worn out with a musty smell. Breakfast could be fresher and had limited selection.

The room we stayed in was a bit dated and worn out, not living up to the expectations set by the pictures. We also encountered cleanliness issues, with a terrible smell in the bathroom and signs of mold in certain areas. The lack of attention to detail in cleaning, such as not refilling toiletries or wiping down surfaces, was disappointing. the beds were not very comfortable, affecting our quality of sleep during our stay. there were maintenance issues that impacted our experience negatively. The main door had a significant gap at the bottom, allowing light to shine through and making it difficult to shut properly. The presence of mold in the bathroom ceiling and the tired-looking room decor were also concerns. we faced challenges with communication regarding our check-out time and experienced flooding on the property without any prompt resolution. while the Clementine had its positive aspects like friendly staff and a convenient location, it fell short in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort.
