Perfect stop over in the Cleveland area! This hotel is well-located in the Beachwood area, with great service from the staff and basic amenities. The rooms are spacious, offering enough room for the kids to enjoy with their own full bath. The breakfast spread was also impressive, giving us many vegan options to choose from.

No negative aspect to mention, everything was just as expected.

Nice hotel - Booked a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for my larger family. Although slightly outdated, hotel was clean and well appointed. Kitchen was stocked with all utensils/items needed to prepare meals if needed. Location was perfect. Always felt safe. Close to both business and residential areas. Close to freeway, grocery store, fast food and chain dining if needed. Would book the property again if needed.

Not very much impressed - the housekeeping of the room was the worst I have ever seen in any hotel. the suite was spacious but the look was very depressing and old.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the hotel's location is perfect for a stopover in the area. It is surrounded by numerous restaurants and attractions, making it incredibly convenient for guests. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were attentive and always willing to help with any requests. Moreover, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities one could need. I particularly appreciated the fully-equipped bathroom with its own shower area. Lastly, the breakfast provided at this hotel was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to cater to different preferences.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I truly enjoyed my time there.

Great value for the money with spacious rooms for three people. The staff at Residence Inn were extremely welcoming and accommodating. The location was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided.

The only suggestion for breakfast would be to have a wider variety of selection.

Exceptional customer service made our stay at Residence Inn an enjoyable experience. We had some room issues, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They upgraded us to a larger suite and even offered to move us again to resolve any issues. The breakfast bar was also above average. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a spacious suite with modern features. The breakfast had good variety to start our day. Despite having to switch rooms, the housekeeping staff was courteous and helpful. we recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, with a full refrigerator. The staff at the front desk was amazing and allowed us to check in early. The breakfast was excellent, and the two staff members working were able to handle the crowd with grace and excellent customer service. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and places in the area.

Some guests experienced issues with room assignments and had to switch rooms multiple times.

Got some freebies on the room, including snacks and drinks. the location was good - close to business meetings - and the bed was comfortable enough.

The front desk staff seemed disinterested in providing any information outside of what was necessary. Breakfast was crowded and unappetizing, the keys were problematic and there was no restroom in the lobby.
