The breakfast was decent, and the outdoor facilities were enjoyable. We loved having the TV in the room with free Showtime and HBO streaming. the pool area and towel service were convenient, and the waiter Marquez even sang us a song and brought a complimentary dessert, which was a nice touch. the location near the beach was a key feature we appreciated during our Christmas stay.

The housekeeping service was severely lacking. We had issues with broken glass on our balcony, which took multiple reports to be addressed properly.

My stay at Residence Inn was for a relaxing beach getaway. the room was spacious and well-equipped for extended stays. the beach was beautiful, with sea turtle sightings adding to the experience. the staff, especially Manager Donna, were accommodating and understanding of my severe food allergy. the location was convenient, close to shopping and dining. Outdoor facilities like the pool area and towel service were excellent. Special mentions to Eddie and Marquez for going above and beyond in providing exceptional service. We enjoyed the hotel's prime location right on the beach in a state park, offering easy access to both the shore and nature. the staff was friendly, accommodating, and always provided excellent customer service. the cleanliness of the hotel and spacious rooms with balconies added to our pleasant stay. Staff found my lost item on first stay. Perfect stay with Free Wi-Fi, Outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, Bar, Restaurant, Golf course. Returning for Easter.

Some guests reported that the service at the bar was unsatisfactory. The bartender seemed uninterested and unwilling to fulfill reasonable requests from guests.

The room I booked through a third-party app wasn't available, but the hotel compensated me for the inconvenience. The staff, particularly Eddie, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location was also great and the hotel had a new, fresh feel. despite a few hiccups, I would recommend this hotel.
