This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was exceptional - within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and a park, which was great for us. We were also pleased to find that the room was within walking distance to the Montgomery Plaza and Crockett Row shopping area. The proximity to numerous dining options and a grocery store across the street was a major convenience. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The basic amenities in the rooms were also impressive, with regular-sized refrigerators, coffee pots, small stovetops, and all the basic items needed for use in the kitchen. Finally, I must mention that the hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious, making our stay even more comfortable.

Had a fantastic Thanksgiving weekend! the staff were really friendly and helpful. They even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and offered a late check-out on the day we left. Location was perfect as we were within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, with a decent selection of items. the bed was so comfortable that we had trouble getting out of it in the mornings.

The bathroom could use a few touch-ups. the shower curtain had some mold on it, and the bathroom door was a bit squeaky.

The exercise room was well-equipped with high-quality ellipticals, treadmills, dumbbells, and benches. The pool, although small, was well-maintained and refreshing. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of food options within walking distance, including a grocery store across the street. The staff was welcoming and responsive, and the magnetic key system worked flawlessly. Parking was convenient and plentiful. I highly recommend this place!
