The location was ideal, with easy access to the Sam Houston Tollway and downtown via the Hardy Toll Road. I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience.

During my recent stay at Residence Inn, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my two bedroom suite. Although the decor was a bit dated, it did not hinder my overall satisfaction. The hot breakfast offered a variety of options and the evening social with complimentary bratwursts and drinks was a nice touch. The friendly shuttle drivers and nearby mall were also convenient. Room neighboring ours had a loud phone alarm that went off at midnight and continued ringing until 1:50am. Despite notifying the front desk, they were unable to resolve the issue and suggested a room change.
