The rooms were spacious and perfect for our large family. We were able to fit comfortably without feeling cramped. Additionally, the pool was a great amenity, offering hour increments for private use. This allowed us to enjoy the pool without feeling crowded by other guests. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, making it easy for us to access nearby attractions during our business trip.

We had a number of negative experiences during our stay. the hotel staff did not do a good job of managing the common areas, resulting in a pool area filled with loud and rowdy guests at all hours of the day and night.

The location is great, right across from a mall area with plenty of shops to explore. The room is spacious and comfortable, with well-stocked furniture and enough space to unpack, despite a small bathroom. The breakfast offers plenty of healthy entrees, kept fresh and immaculate.

The staff is extremely unhelpful and the customer service is poor, not accommodating guests’ needs nor being understanding of inconvenience.

I recently had a great experience during my 5-night stay at a hotel in the Houston area. The hotel's location was convenient as it was close to the mall area and within easy reach of the Space Center we had planned to visit. The value for money was impressive, considering the reasonable prices and the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel's basic amenities met all my needs, and the rooms, which also had a sofa bed, were cozy and comfortable.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location for our programming event. The recently renovated property exceeded our expectations. Although there were a few minor hiccups, the overall experience was enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel for future stays.

The facility was clean and comfortable. Streaming service was a plus. Rooms were spacious with separate living/kitchen area. Kitchen was well stocked. Bed was really comfortable. Location was great with nearby mall and restaurants.
