The beds were comfortable, showers great, breakfast good. Room size was great. Daily housekeeping was good. The front desk gal/night shift was absolutely awesome. TVs great, streaming, etc. The AC was great. The size of the room and common area was excellent. The location was excellent, with easy access to downtown and popular restaurants.

For us, it was ideal.

This hotel is in a great location near downtown, making it convenient to all of the area's attractions. It's also near the Brazos River, and close to the Baylor campus. The staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions for things to do. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. There were even evening snacks/drinks available. Guests can also enjoy a nice room with good furniture.

The parking lot could use some improvement.

The accessibility features of the room were more than adequate for my needs. The location made visiting nearby attractions very easy. The staff was very accommodating. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Greatest place to stay when visiting downtown- walking distance to local restaurants and Magnolia Markets! Rooms have a kitchen and even a fireplace! The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was perfect.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Residence Inn. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with oversized beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped and clean. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and offered a peaceful ambiance. We also enjoyed the convenient amenities like the 1/2 court basketball. Despite a few drawbacks like hallway carpets needing an update and some stained linens, overall, we had a great experience. We highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Amazing staff and great location! the staff members, especially Terry, Marquisha, and Jasmine, were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. the hotel is conveniently located near various attractions and dining options. Plus, the room was clean and the fireplace added a cozy touch to the ambiance.

The doors to the rooms appeared dirty and some of the chairs were torn up. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that the hotel did not provide a full breakfast as advertised on their website.

The location of this hotel is perfect for visiting all of Waco's great places. It is conveniently located right at the corner of Webster street for the hop on hop off route to go to the downtown area. Additionally, it is near the Brazos river and right down the street from the silos. The hotel facilities are clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. The breakfast served is also very good.
