The Residence Inn gave us great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room. The location was convenient, close to a supermarket and walking distance to many restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and making our stay enjoyable.

It's also ideal for parking, and there are plenty of options for dining and entertainment within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and attentive to detail, making sure our stay was enjoyable. The basic amenities provided were all that we needed.

This hotel is excellent value for money. the location is perfect, just down the street from the main attractions and very near to the Metro station. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need, with kitchen fully equipped, king bed & sofa bed and without both beds being in one room. Lastly, breakfast is included in the price, making it even better.

The hotel's location was perfect, right next to a metro stop and easily accessible to all the main attractions. The rooms were spacious with well-appointed bathrooms and had great service from the staff. Breakfast was just okay, but the nearby eateries more than made up for it. The view from the hotel was stunning, with some of the facilities providing great convenience.

There were some loud construction works going on nearby, which could be heard during the day.

Best aspects of my stay were the comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with a great shower. the location of the hotel was perfect for what I needed and the staff were all super nice. Additionally, the breakfast area was spacious and had a variety of food options.

Worst aspect of my stay was the noisy construction directly beside the hotel, which lasted throughout the day and was quite disruptive. I was also disappointed that the hotel falsely advertised an indoor pool that they did not have.

I booked a queen studio with a sofa bed for my first visit to DC. The room was spacious and comfortable, with friendly and kind staff. They even allowed us to check in early. The location was perfect, with convenient access to restaurants and museums. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

its location close to the metro station was extremely convenient. I was able to easily access various sites in the city without any hassle. Additionally, the hotel was right next to the ballpark, which was a bonus for sports fans like me. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. They were always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had. Lastly, the rooms were well-appointed and had everything I needed to be comfortable. The king bed and sofa bed provided ample sleeping space, and the fully equipped kitchen was a convenient feature. this hotel provided great value for money with its central location, attentive staff, and comfortable rooms.

Spacious lobby and hallways. No carpet in the rooms. Queen suite with full-size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. Open floor plan and quiet ambiance. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Highly recommended! 👍

My recent stay at Residence Inn Capitol Hill/Navy Yard was fantastic! I was visiting for business purposes and stayed for a week. The lobby is absolutely stunning, and the spaciousness throughout the hotel is impressive. I really appreciated the lack of carpet in my room, and the queen suite with a full-sized fridge and kitchen appliances was a pleasant surprise. Despite construction happening nearby, the room was incredibly quiet. The bathroom was nice, and the beds were comfortable. a 5-star experience that I highly recommend!
