My friends and I had a blast visiting the largest arcade on the North Oregon coast - hundreds of games, y'all! Then we hit up the Seaside Golf Course for a chill round. The room at the hotel was super cozy and the staff was lit!

We had a blast during our new year's stay! The rooms were spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and even a washer/dryer. The location was superb, offering easy access to various activities and restaurants nearby. The special touches like fresh flowers and towel swans added a delightful touch to our experience.

The temperature control in some rooms seemed problematic, with difficulties adjusting the thermostat. the breakfast options left something to be desired, with frozen bagels being a common issue.

The suite we stayed in was big with a good layout, and we had a view of the river; it was also just a short walk to the promenade - lots of space for the kids. They had a great indoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day on the beach 🏊🏻. Only downside was the limited breakfast options - more than just bagels would've been nice, but overall, it didn't bother us too much.

I enjoyed the full kitchen, washer & dryer, and the cozy layout of the two-bedroom suite. the proximity to the main strip of shops and the beach was perfect for exploring the area. However, the cleanliness standards in the rooms could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

The staff were friendly and the location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the beach and various entertainment options. The breakfast items provided were a nice touch, and I appreciated the overall comfort and convenience of the amenities offered.

I like that Rivertide Suites offers spacious suites with separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The location is perfect, the staff is friendly, and the property is clean. While the hot tub closure for cleaning was a downside, the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sun terrace were relaxing. The nearby Seaside Beach and Lewis and Clark Monument provided fantastic opportunities for family bonding, making our stay memorable.

The 2-bedroom suite we stayed in exceeded my expectations with its layout and size. The beds were decently comfortable, and I appreciated having two bathrooms, which was a nice touch. there were a few issues that affected our experience. the heating in the room was extremely slow. It took forever to warm up, even after the maintenance man checked everything and confirmed it was operating normally. This could be a major inconvenience during colder seasons. Another downside was the lack of a grab bar in the shower, which made it unsafe for my husband who has Parkinson's. The housekeeping staff mentioned they could only provide stick-on grab bars, which didn't give us much confidence in their durability. the parking situation was quite challenging, with compact spots not clearly marked and limited availability forcing us to park on the street for two out of the three days we were there. It would be beneficial for the hotel to have better parking management and potentially assign parking spaces per room. the staff were great and attentive to our needs, especially the housekeeping guy who tried his best to address our grab bar concerns. The room itself was nicely appointed and had a good location within walking distance to dining options and the beach. While there were some issues with the room and amenities, the positive aspects of the stay at Rivertide outweighed the negatives.

The kids were thrilled with all the entertainment options available, and it was a great way to spend quality time together as a family.

My children wished for more outdoor play areas.

Get ready for a seafood sensation at The Rivertide! The dining options nearby are reel-y impressive, with Pig 'N Pancake, Yellow Curry Cozy Thai, and more just a hop, skip. The hotel's staff and service are top-notch, and the rooms are truly a seafood lover's dream come true.

While the culinary adventures are on point, a bit of extra flavor in the coffee creamer department wouldn't hurt. Breakfast and evening snacks were alright but could use a bit more pizzazz.

My stay at Rivertide Suites was truly delightful. The room was nice and spacious, with a kitchen overlooking the river, which was phenomenal and every bit as nice as the photos appear. The full kitchen and private balcony provided a comfortable and serene experience, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery right from the room.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the need to clean the carpet stains and the lack of a roll of paper towels. However, this did not significantly affect my overall positive experience at Rivertide Suites.

However, the breakfast was a letdown. The room was lovely and well-equipped, but it wasn't ready until late. Overall, a lovely experience. 😉
