I recently stayed at the Roadrunner Lodge for a couple of nights and it was a wonderful experience. The mobile check-in process was efficient and convenient. Despite being an older motel, the rooms were well-updated and the bed was extremely comfortable. The vintage charm of the motel was a delightful touch, and the decor in the room really added to the experience. Additionally, the motel provided premium linens and amenities, giving it a touch of luxury.

What a charming throwback to the era of the heyday of Rt 66 ❤️. Period rooms and decorations, super friendly owners who LOVE well mannered pets, and a great price for clean, neat. Walkable to restaurants. Don't forget to book directly for the best deal!

Stayed at a charming retro motel with vintage magazines in the room. Loved the 60's music playing and the moon pies waiting for us. A truly unique experience that takes you back in time. highly recommend!

I absolutely loved the nostalgic theme of the hotel, as I grew up in the 1960s era. The room was clean and ready for me upon arrival, with the lights on and TV playing music from the 60s. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the location was great. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the historically authentic touches throughout the hotel. The coffee was perfect and the entire site was well-maintained with nice traveler amenities. I would highly recommend this reasonably-priced hotel and hope to return in the future. An added bonus was the nearby "Kix on 66" diner which served delicious breakfast and lunch food at great prices. Also, make sure to visit the gift and ranch store on Lake Street, called Tucumcari Ranch Supply. The owners were lovely and they had a wide variety of items for sale.

The furnishings were cute and kept with the theme. The lights were on and the shade was up when I opened the door. The bed was comfy. There was even a tray provided. The staff were friendly and there were nice touches in the rooms. The outdoor area had a fire pit.

The accommodations were fantastic! Easy no contact check-in. The room had perfect temperature and 50s music playing, keeping up with the theme. They provided treats and a dog dish for our miniature dachshund. The outside pet area was large, clean, and well fenced. The room had a 50s theme and was exceptionally clean. We will definitely stay here again.
