Omg, 🌟the beds in our room were like sleeping on clouds! close to theme parks and clean, but ⚠️had issues with breakfast charges. Staff needed clearer directions. Can't wait to come back despite these small mishaps!

The hotel's location was ideal for exploring nearby amenities. The room was spacious with handy appliances. On the downside, the bathroom felt outdated and the free breakfast was missing. However, the pool, gym, and convenient store were appreciated additions to our stay.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and welcoming, from the friendly cleaning staff to the professional check-in experience. the location was ideal, with easy access to an I-Ride stop and a free shuttle to Universal Studios. However, the small pool and occasional presence of unattended children detracted from the overall experience.

Had a blast! Buffet breakfast was the bomb, even my picky kid chowed down. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and everything you need at arm's length. Plus, a shop, restaurants, and a nice pool. Bonus: only a 20-minute walk to Universal Studios for some morning exercise.

The theme parks were hype, just a hop away from the hotel. The pool vibes, game room, and the Pub were dope for chill times after the parks. Pointe Orlando was buzzing with shops and fun.

The garden furniture outside could use some updating as it seemed a bit worn out. the free toiletries provided were a nice touch and added to our overall comfort during our stay. We were pleased to find an AM/FM alarm clock in the room, which helped us stay on schedule for our planned activities. The flat-screen TV was a good size and offered a variety of channels for entertainment. The carpeted floor in the room could have been cleaner, as we noticed some stains that detracted from the overall appearance. It would have been beneficial to have access to dry cleaning services during our stay to address any clothing care needs. Housekeeping did a decent job of keeping the room tidy, although we did encounter some issues with the cleanliness of the curtains and bathroom fixtures. It would have been helpful to have more frequent housekeeping visits to address these concerns. While there were shops and commercial services available onsite, we found the selection to be limited. The laundry service was convenient, but the prices were on the higher side compared to other options in the area. We didn't utilize the shuttle service during our stay, but having the option for a free shuttle service to nearby attractions was a nice perk. It would have been beneficial to have clearer information about the shuttle schedule and pick-up/drop-off points.
