Great location close to all main attractions - just a minute walk to the falls. Loved the amazing pool and convenience of a tunnel connecting the hotel to the casino across the street. Plenty of activities for families like kids’ arcade and Rainforest Café on site.

Some areas of the hotel show wear and age, particularly in the rooms and common areas. Issues with room cleanliness and maintenance, such as stained bathroom showers and outdated furnishings.

My stay at Sheraton Niagara Falls was pleasant. The room was clean and smelled good, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The pool area and hot tubs were awesome, offering a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The hotel's location was ideal, with plenty to see and do within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the area.

I found out that rates were much lower just two days before my arrival, but the 48-hour cancellation period had already passed.

I had a fantastic stay at this venue. the location couldn't have been better, right next to the main bedroom area and within walking distance to everything I needed. the service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. the amenities were impressive, from the heated swimming pool to the flat-screen TV in my room.
