I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel in Downtown Atlanta and had a fantastic experience. The location of this venue was perfect for me as it was within walking distance to everything. I attended an event at Philips arena and was thrilled to find out that it was just a short walk away. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The amenities offered, such as the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, were a great way to relax and unwind after a long day. The rooms were well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities like a refrigerator, television, and air conditioning. I was very satisfied with my stay here.

One small issue I encountered during my stay was that the staff did not seem as excited or friendly as I would have expected. The southern hospitality that people rave about in this area was lacking from some of the staff members. Additionally, when I requested to make changes to my room, the staff was not very accommodating and seemed a bit rude. They also did not have my room ready on time as promised, and they did not follow through with compensating me for my breakfast and parking. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay in downtown Atlanta.

I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Downtown Atlanta! The customer service was exceptional, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. The valet parker Caleb provided great Southern hospitality and answered all of my questions. Karen Beckley acted as a personal host and made sure my stay was comfortable. Shalise and Miranda at the front desk were polite and accommodating, even offering to help us move rooms. Carmen reviewed our bill and ensured there were no mistakes. The workers on the 12th floor lounge, Shirley and Geoffrey, were charismatic and showcased their training in customer service. The hotel's location was also a major plus.

My room was right across from the elevator and felt like a storage room. The microwave in the hallway reminded me of a college dorm. Additionally, the hotel attracted a rowdier crowd and the walk from the parking area to the hotel was long.

The hotel had a beautiful indoor pool–it felt like we were on an island vacation! The Trademark location is convenient, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. We loved our stay here! Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing time at this place! The hotel's location could not have been more perfect. It was in the heart of downtown, right across from a night club and within walking distance to everything. Our room was beautifully decorated, the amenities were top-notch, and the staff was so friendly. From the bellboys to the maid service, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The restaurant and bar area were great spots to relax and enjoy a drink. The leisure facilities were excellent, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, and sun loungers. We also loved how there was a fitness center and business center available to us.

Perfectly located near many dining options, including the restaurant upstairs. Just a short walk away from the Mercedes Benz stadium in the best part of town, making it easy to get around. The center of the city can be reached easily from this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean with modern bathrooms. Friendly staff offers excellent customer service.

The parking fees are quite high, which can be a cause for concern if you have a car.

We stayed at a hotel during Thanksgiving and were pleased to find complimentary breakfast and a shuttle service available. The hotel also had a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.

I recently stayed at the Courtland Grand Hotel for three nights during a business trip. The breakfast, despite the powdered eggs, was decent, and I appreciated the available desk in the room. Although there were no outlets nearby, the room had a nice TV. The highlight for me was the bar room for drinks, a great place to unwind. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and I thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing pool. The hotel's proximity to downtown attractions, even with traffic, made it convenient for dining and entertainment. I would definitely book here again and recommend it to others.

This hotel is in a prime area of Downtown, within walking distance from everything. The staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable with two queen beds and a sofa bed which was perfect for my group. The breakfast included scrambled eggs and although the pancakes were small, they were delicious.

All in all, the hotel was a great stay and I had no real complaints.
