The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. the hotel was generally clean and well-maintained. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions in the area.

The bar advertised on the website was disappointing, as it lacked the promised unique atmosphere and the bartender seemed inexperienced. the hospitality lounge was too small and often ran out of food, forcing guests to relocate to the restaurant.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the Main Street Saturday market, nearby shops, and restaurants. The room had high ceilings, wood floors, and a beautiful modern bathroom. The comfortable bed and room darkening shades made for a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, the State Capitol and Art Museum were just a short walk away. Despite some drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

One downside was the lack of free parking. We had to park at a public parking lot and ended up spending almost $18.

The hotel's excellent location means it is an easy walk to the Saturday Farmer's Market or to all the sights I wanted to see. The on-site business center was very handy for printing out travel documents, while the recommendations from the friendly and knowledgeable staff on area restaurants were spot on.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The vault bar on the 16th floor offered exceptional views of the city, and we loved having access to the lounge. Our room was cozy and the pillows were absolutely amazing. It was great to have free water in the room and we appreciated the hotel's effort to save the environment by not providing room service every night. The TV in the bathroom was a cool feature. The rooms were larger than expected and had a lot of character. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to restaurants, unique bars, museums, the riverfront park, and churches. We didn't even need to use our car all weekend. The 4:30 happy hour in the club lounge was definitely worth the extra price.

Worst aspects of my stay included the lack of certain amenities and the noise disturbance. the absence of a mini-fridge was disappointing, especially considering the cost of renting one.

The renovated old bank has a large Starbucks. Quirky hallways and mysterious additions add to the atmosphere. The staff, including a helpful fella and an A+ receptionist, were great. The rustic style and old world charm were appealing.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Downtown Hotel for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The check-in process was quick and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I have severe allergies and requested that all down bedding be removed from my room, and they had already taken care of this before my arrival. The housekeeping staff even came to double-check and ensure my comfort. The valet service was efficient, and I never had to wait long for my car. Additionally, I was upgraded to a beautiful king suite with a stunning view. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. I have zero complaints about my stay here and highly recommend this hotel.

The Club Lounge access was great! However, the first day they ran out of food and coffee. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk was kind enough to only charge us for two days of valet parking. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly staff.
