The value for money at this hotel is excellent. The prices are reasonable and provide great amenities. The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is only a 6-minute drive away from where I needed to be. The staff at this hotel were awesome. They were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms at this hotel were well-equipped with basic amenities. Additionally, the continental breakfast and cocktail reception were delicious.

The room felt a bit dark due to the use of a dark blue carpet.

We stayed at Sheraton for dance nationals and despite some initial confusion with the room type, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Bridget, at the check-in desk, promptly found us a two-bed room when one became available. The beds were fantastic, the room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel provided convenient phone plugs near the nightstands. The lobby was well-designed and offered a variety of options, and the breakfast on the 7th floor was great. The wifi connection was reliable, and the hotel had all the amenities a guest could need, even coffee in the room.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The lobby was beautiful and the staff was always helpful. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I loved the convenient phone plugs next to each nightstand. The hotel was located in a super nice area, with easy access to many surrounding suburbs. The breakfast on the 7th floor was delicious and there was a good wifi connection throughout the hotel. Everything seemed to have the guest in mind, and I especially appreciated the coffee in the room. The hotel was clean and the facilities were top-notch, making my stay very enjoyable.

Located in a convenient area close to corporate buildings. The lobby and check-in area have been upgraded and look nice. The hotel offers a continental breakfast and late afternoon appetizers in the Club Room. The servers in the Club Room are friendly and do a good job. The pool area is clean and well-maintained.

Some of the rooms still have outdated air conditioning units. The hallways and rooms are dark.

This hotel is a great value for the price! It's located in a super nice area, close to everything in the Chicago area, but still in an area that doesn't have a lot of traffic. The staff is also attentive and helpful, and the rooms with a roll-in shower are a great touch.

All was great, nothing to complain about.

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern and elegant lobby with its multiple seating areas and in-wall fireplaces. The breakfast was delicious, with a chef who cooked our omelette to perfection. The rooms were comfortable, with large beds and incredible pillows. The location was ideal, in a nice area with nearby restaurants. Free parking was a bonus.

While the rooms were clean and large, there were no refrigerators. The elevators were not functioning well and some areas of the hotel showed signs of wear and tear.

The hotel lobby is beautiful, and the room was spacious with two TVs, a couch, and a kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator. The staff were helpful and polite, and the bed and pillows were incredibly soft and fluffy. Great location!
