The hotel was splendid - friendly staff, good-sized room, great bathroom with walk-in shower. Convenient location, clean lobby and hallways, easy parking. The attached restaurant is good. Safe and peaceful in China town. Only 20 minutes from city center and airport. Loved our stay!

There was nothing I didn't like

We loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with new furniture, beds, and TVs in the room. The hotel facilities were great, with free packs of coffee, tea, and bottled water available. We also appreciated the provision of slippers and the good condition of the floors and carpets. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and the self-parking for $15/day was convenient. The hotel's location in this city allowed easy access to a great selection of Asian eateries in a Chinese area. The nearby transportation options made it convenient to explore nearby cities like Pasadena, and we found the Starbucks in the building to be a significant convenience.

As someone with physical handicaps, I really appreciated the modern and brand-new hotel with its accessible facilities. The hotel provided free wi-fi, self parking for $15/day, and had a great selection of restaurants nearby.

Located in a bustling Chinatown, this hotel is surrounded by countless Asian eateries. The room was tidy and comfortable, but the imported toilet paper was rough. The staff was distant and unhelpful with requests for extra towels and blankets.

The staff needs improvement

During our romantic escape, we really liked the cleanliness of the hotel. the room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. Additionally, the gym and pool facilities were fantastic and we made use of them every day. the hotel's convenient location, with a Starbucks on the ground floor and a variety of eateries nearby, was another advantage that we enjoyed.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the $15 parking charge on-site. However, we discovered that parking along the neighborhood streets without a permit resulted in a hefty $64 fine.

The room had 2 small queen beds and provided only 3 towels. However, the staff was kind, the hotel was clean and had contemporary Asian design. Plenty of stores were within walking distance and parking was safe and reasonably priced. The value for a 5-star hotel was outstanding.

I recently stayed at Sheraton in China town for a couple of nights. The elegant lobby greeted me with warm apple cider, a delightful touch. The spacious guest room with high ceilings had a very comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel's location in China town was safe and peaceful, yet only 20 minutes from the city center and the airport. The hotel was clean, posh, and the attached Steak House was amazing. I will definitely be back and highly recommend the hotel.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The shower in the bathroom was nice, and I really loved the hand soap, shampoo, and bath products provided. The location of the hotel was convenient, and it was easy to navigate to nearby attractions and restaurants. The lobby of the hotel was grand and impressive.
