This hotel is great value for money, with spacious and clean rooms that offer all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, being within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in downtown. Plus, some rooms even have a balcony overlooking the pier, providing an amazing view.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was beautiful, clean, and in a great location, just on the edge of downtown. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space in the room. The breakfast was delicious and the service at the restaurant was top-notch. Additionally, the hotel provided parking, although it was a bit expensive. The location was perfect for our needs, as it was close to Market Street, historic houses, restaurants, and bars.

I had an amazing experience at the Sheraton. Upon checking in, I mentioned that I was celebrating my 10th anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to upgrade me to the club level. The customer service was exceptional and made our family vacation truly memorable. The Club Room, in particular, provided exceptional service with lots of great ideas for activities. The location of the hotel is also great, just a few blocks from shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a great time staying at this hotel! First of all, the location was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown. I was able to walk to Market Square and explore all the shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room I stayed in was very comfortable and had amazing views. Plus, it was equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a huge 60" HD TV. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

The Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel exceeded my expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room had excellent environmental control. The location was ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and venues. The in-room amenities, including coffee service and a mini-fridge, were convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary morning coffee and newspaper were a nice touch.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was clean, beautifully furnished, and we even got an upgrade to the club level. The location of the hotel was perfect, and the staff treated us very well.

They made a mistake with my billing, but not only did they apologize, they also refunded me the extra charges and even the pet fee and parking fee as a gesture of goodwill. I was pleasantly surprised and it completely changed my feelings about the hotel. the location of the hotel is also perfect, with beautiful views and downtown Portsmouth right at your doorstep.

The price of the hotel was quite high, especially considering that parking was not included and had to be paid separately. Additionally, the fitness center was disappointing, as it was small and hot, and there were no complimentary fruits or yogurts available before a workout.
