As foreign tourists, we absolutely loved the variety of tours offered by the on-site travel agent. From island adventures to historic sightseeing, there was something for everyone. The beautiful swimming pool and pool bar were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and the location was great. We also enjoyed the live music by the pool, adding to the overall enjoyable atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was lovely, and we especially appreciated the champagne amenity we received for our 50th Anniversary.

The room at Sheraton Princess Kaiulani was super cozy with a nice private lanai. The Sheraton Signature Sleep Experience bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the premium linens made me feel like royalty.

The mini-refrigerator was a bit noisy at times, but that's just me.

As low-budget travellers, we loved the great location of the hotel, right across the road from the Westin Moana Surfrider hotel and with easy access to Waikiki Beach. The newly renovated rooms in the tower were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly personable and friendly.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The beautiful pool area was our favorite spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The pool view room we stayed in offered a stunning view of the surf and beach. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance including the beach, malls, and restaurants. The hotel even provided a handheld wifi device for free access all over the downtown strip. we highly recommend this hotel for its great facilities and ideal location.
