I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Springfield for a few nights. The front desk staff were amazing and provided excellent service. I especially want to acknowledge the manager who was very organized and on top of everything. The peaceful and serene ambiance of the hotel made my stay truly relaxing. I even extended my stay because of it. The housekeeping staff, apart from one minor issue with the tub, were fantastic throughout my stay. The hotel also provided a complimentary van to take me to a train show, which was greatly appreciated. The pool and gym staff were wonderful, and I loved the pool area and outdoor deck. The hotel's proximity to the casino was also a plus. Lastly, the late-night food staff and shuttle driver provided superb service. the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. We recently stayed at a hotel that had a great location, close to some delicious restaurants and even the Basketball Hall of Fame. We were impressed by the way they handled everything, from the check-in process to the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. The room was spacious and had comfortable beds, while the bathroom had a great shower with nice marble walls. The staff provided excellent service and we enjoyed a tasty breakfast buffet in the morning.

The hotel could improve on their soundproofing as noise could be heard from outside the room, which interrupted our sleep at times.

The location was excellent, right next to City Hall and close to the Basketball Hall of Fame. The hotel facilities were very good, with plenty of towels and a warm comforter. Parking was easy and there was a gratis van provided by the hotel for transportation to the Eastern States train show. The staff was kind and accommodating, impressed by the way they handled everything.

Everything was fantastic; I have no complaints.

From the birthday balloons and note for my daughter to the clean and fully remodeled room, it was clear that the staff put in effort to make our stay special. The location of this hotel was great, being connected to a parking garage and a mall via a walkway. It made it convenient for us to explore the area and visit attractions like Six Flags. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and kind. They were always ready to assist us with any requests or questions we had, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the Big E and the Springfield Museums, making it easy to explore the area.

The service at the front desk was inconsistent, with some staff members seeming clueless and unaware of certain amenities. Additionally, the walls and doors of the rooms were quite thin, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.
