The staff at the hotel was very friendly, competent, and efficient, making our stay pleasant. the convenient location allowed us to easily explore the city's attractions. It would be beneficial to have a wider variety of breakfast options and more consideration for guests with food allergies.

My stay at Sonesta was exceptional. the room upgrade to a twin bedroom was a pleasant surprise, ensuring a peaceful environment away from the elevators. the staff, though minimal interaction due to new protocols, were efficient and accommodating.

Minimal drink options after 1:30 pm.

During my xmas stay, the room was nice and clean, offering a comfortable experience. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the surroundings. Additionally, the staff was very helpful, with the front desk attendant being a pleasure to work with.

There were a few drawbacks. The bathroom had some maintenance issues, such as a slow sink drain and loose shower knob.
