Breakfast was just okay, not as good as some other hotels we've been to. the room had a little mold on the tub, which was the only cleanliness issue we encountered.

The hotel had friendly and helpful front desk agents, which made for a pleasant check-in experience. Additionally, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, giving a sense of comfort during the stay. the location was also a major advantage, with easy access to nearby restaurants and a Walmart, making it convenient for dining and shopping needs.

One minor drawback was the uncomfortable bed, which seems to be a hit or miss issue in hotels these days. Another slight inconvenience was the blaring TV in the breakfast area, which detracted from the dining experience.

My family and I recently stayed at Springhill Suites in Medford for a week-long vacation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were impressed with the cleanliness of our room, which had plenty of space for our family of four. The two queen beds and fold-out couch bed were all comfortable, and there were extra bedding and towels provided. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a good variety of choices available each day. We also appreciated the convenient location, with several restaurants and stores within walking distance.

We were initially given a room that didn't meet our requirements, but the front desk staff swiftly sorted us out and gave us a much better room. The breakfast was good, and the coffee was unlimited and available round the clock. Despite a few minor flaws, we would recommend this hotel.
