Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the border of Plano and Frisco. There are plenty of great venues nearby, like The shops of Legacy and Legacy West, as well as many offices in the area. We stayed here for 8 nights while my daughter competed in Nationals for soccer at the Toyota Soccer complex in Frisco. The staff was accommodating and friendly, keeping us in the same room throughout our stay. The breakfast each morning was a nice touch, although we were a little disappointed not to have waffles during the week. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Rooms as described, with separate living area. Kids enjoyed breakfast with Texas-shaped waffles and assorted cereals. Bar serves delicious food after 5pm. Courteous staff assisted my father on a walker. Central location near Ford Center @ The Star and restaurants, with a 12 o'clock check-out.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was incredible; they were warm, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom that had all the latest amenities. I loved that my kids could watch TV and snack in the small living room, giving us some extra space. And the breakfast was delicious; the Texas-shaped waffles were definitely a hit!

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites in Frisco for a weekend getaway. The room was clean, well-organized, and had a modern bathroom. The card keys worked flawlessly for room entry, which was a relief as I've had issues with other hotels in the past. The front check-in desk had friendly and knowledgeable employees that made the check-in process smooth. I highly recommend a stay at this Marriott property.

Great check, in experience, efficient and polite staff. the room was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom and a well, equipped desk area. the wifi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected. the breakfast buffet, although basic, was tasty and satisfying. the checkout process was quick and overall, it was a good and hassle, free experience.

The hotel did not offer complimentary fruit and water upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. the hot breakfast options like scrambled eggs and turkey sausage were not up to par, as they were dry and overcooked.

The hotel is conveniently located near the field where we were playing in a large lacrosse tournament. There are also several different eating places nearby, making it easy to find a variety of dining options. The room was nice and well laid out, with a comfortable bed and a kitchenette area with a microwave and fridge. The staff provided great service, with friendly and helpful employees like Mr. Timothy. The breakfast spread in the morning was a nice touch, offering a good selection of food.

The bathroom had split mirrors over the sink, which was a bit inconvenient and required leaning against the wall to see yourself properly.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at this hotel in the Plano/Frisco area. the attention to detail was incredible. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were kind, courteous, and genuinely cared about our well-being. Secondly, the rooms were fantastic. They were spacious, clean, and had a modern feel to them. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing, with all the upgraded features you could ask for. Lastly, the breakfast was outstanding. The buffet had a wide variety of options, including fluffy eggs and delicious waffles. The hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way.
