The lack of security is a major concern, with rampant car break-ins and no functioning cameras.

The hotel had spacious and spotless rooms with two queen beds, perfect for a family or group of friends. the room also had a microwave and mini fridge, which was a great convenience. Additionally, the staff at reception were very helpful and made me feel at home right away.

Despite the hotel suffering damage from Hurricane Harvey, the cleanliness of the property was impeccable. The hotel was also very quiet, and having a security guard on property at night was a nice touch. The location was convenient, with easy access to George Bush airport and Vintage Village for dining options. I had a fantastic experience.

The staff is amazing, warmly greeting me upon arrival and accommodated my Service Dog without any issues. Despite some damage from Hurricane Harvey, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. I recently stayed at a hotel in Houston and had a great experience. the rooms were quite spacious and had a great layout, with a separate living space, bedroom area, bathroom, and a small kitchenette which was very convenient. The staff at this hotel was also very friendly and attentive, which made the stay even better. Additionally, the location of the hotel was easy to get to and was just minutes away from the Willowbrook mall area, which had lots of options for shopping and dining. I found this hotel to be above average and would highly recommend it.

Everything was ok.

Great trip with my love! the free breakfast was good and the gym was clean and never crowded. We also appreciated the complementary toothpaste and mouthwash in the room. the location was perfect for our romantic escape, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. We also enjoyed the privacy of the pool area.

The room was not as clean as we expected. There were stains on the sheets and the showerhead was rusty.
