Great stay with minor hiccups

This place is super spacious and comfy! Loved the friendly staff, especially Darrell—he really knows how to make you feel at home. Breakfast was solid, and the location is spot-on near the harbor. Just wish they had more elevators working ’cause it got a bit crowded at times.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, with delicious options like sausage gravy and biscuits, scrambled eggs, and quiche. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was great, and the rooms comfortably accommodated our gathering of four.

The hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from the Inner Harbor and a little over a mile from Camden Yards. the rooms were updated and comfortable, with a nice shower and comfortable beds. Another great aspect was the breakfast buffet, which exceeded my expectations for a hotel of this type.

One downside was the check-in process, as there was a long wait due to an issue with a guest. Additionally, some of the elevators were out of service, making getting to higher floors a bit inconvenient.

Despite some noise from a neighboring room, the hotel compensated me with a free night's stay. The hotel was quiet and clean, and it had a great location near the harbor, stores, and restaurants. Public transportation was easily accessible, and the room was comfortable with useful amenities like a microwave and fridge.

The hotel is a converted bank with a charming lobby. The room is large and can accommodate multiple guests. Wi-Fi signal is good and there are TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The breakfast spread is impressive with a variety of options. The location is convenient for business travelers.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites in downtown Baltimore for a business trip. The hotel, housed in a renovated old bank, had a unique feature - you could hold meetings in the "Vault," which was a win! The staff, from the front desk to the breakfast area, greeted me with warm smiles and provided excellent service. They went above and beyond to help with any issues that arose, exceeding my expectations. The location was perfect for walking to the Inner Harbor, and the complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options like fruit, yogurt, cereal, and milk. The valet parking service was also top-notch.

The hotel has a beautiful historic building with interesting details from the past. The suite we stayed in was spacious, with a sliding door connecting the bedroom to a living room. However, there was no door separating the bedroom from the living area, which could be inconvenient for privacy. The bathroom had a huge shower room. The staff was accommodating and provided good customer service.

The hotel is undergoing construction, which caused parking to be difficult.
