Friendly staff and spacious room. Noisy HVAC kept me awake.

The suite felt like home with a cozy bed, work desk, and a separate sitting area. It had a mini fridge, microwave, and a flat-screen TV for those lazy evenings. Perfect for a casual, comfortable stay.

The bathroom layout felt a bit cramped, but some might not mind.

We had a great weekend stay at Springhill Suites in Glen Allen. The location was perfect, close to shopping and dining options. The double suite provided ample space for our group, with a comfortable living area and separate sleeping area. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The breakfast was decent and the mobile check-in and check-out options were fast and convenient. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a quick stay.

The hotel was impeccably clean and the room had a nice design. We loved the convenient location, just off the I-95 and I-64 highways but tucked away from busy roads. The breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold options, perfect to start the day. The staff was extremely polite and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us.

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and several restaurants, which is perfect for grabbing a bite to eat or doing some shopping. The basic amenities in the room were great, and we especially appreciated the high fan setting for a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel is great value for money with low prices. The staff was attentive to detail and accommodated our request for a room on a cool temperature with the sofa bed pulled out. The location is perfect for families with its proximity to a children's center and several restaurants. Breakfast was included too.
