We had such a wonderful stay at this place! The location is superb, being very close to Stanford Shopping Mall and Stanford University, which we visited for a free walking tour. We loved how centrally-located it was, with plenty of amenities and dining options nearby. The breakfast here was great, and we really enjoyed starting our day with a delicious meal. The staff were also extremely friendly and always went above and beyond to help us. The service, from the dry cleaning to the valet parking, was top-notch. We also appreciated the little extra touches like the welcome drink and the in-room amenities such as the mini-bar and ironing facilities. The overall ambiance of the hotel was very nice, and we particularly enjoyed the garden area with its comfortable garden furniture.

Wow, what a romantic escape! We had an amazing time at this hotel. the atmosphere was incredible, with beautiful landscaping and a charming entryway. the check-in process was smooth and the staff was enthusiastic and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautifully appointed room. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the complimentary treats, especially the refreshing Voss waters. One of the best aspects was the outdoor courtyard with its fabulous fire pits. We had a lovely evening sipping drinks from the Menlo Tavern bar, making it a truly memorable experience.

Although our romantic escape was amazing, there were a few downsides. First, the staff at reception had a bit of a cold attitude, not as welcoming as we would have liked.

I had a very pleasant stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was excellent, providing me with utmost comfort. The linens were of good quality, contributing to a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was also nice and safe, although it was missing a wand shower attachment. The parking facilities were good, and I particularly enjoyed spending time in the attractive outdoor spaces.

Although the front desk clerks were pleasant, they seemed uninformed about the location of restaurants, pharmacies, and directions. Additionally, the room itself was comfortable but did not offer anything special for the price.

Beautiful property, large comfortable rooms with high ceilings. Welcoming staff, room service breakfast was excellent with large portions. Perfect location near Stanford and Woodside Horse Park. Hotel is well designed with beautiful finishes and great amenities such as double sinks and in-room coffee maker. Hearing system was quiet and responsive. a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

Had an amazing Easter at a lovely hotel. the staff were super accommodating and welcoming. Enjoyed the free cookies and water bottles in the room. the hotel also had a great pool area which was perfect for some relaxation. the location was prime, with easy access to many attractions.

Although the hotel was cozy, the train noise was off-putting during the day, but luckily it stopped or didn’t use its horn after 9 pm. the restaurant was also a bit disappointing with limited menu options.

Great breakfast, clean room, comfortable bedding, beautiful property, friendly staff, delicious coffee.
