The suite with a kitchenette was perfect for longer stays, allowing me to prepare my own meals. The room was impeccably clean, and the shower was spacious with hot water. Despite the cold weather, the patio was a lovely addition to the room. The owner and staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist. The well-maintained grounds added to the overall charm of the motel.

The pool was also a great addition, providing a refreshing way to cool off after a day of hiking. the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay.

We did notice that the wi-fi was not always reliable during our stay. Despite this, it did not greatly affect our overall experience.

The kitchen was well-equipped, complete with a functioning fridge, stove, microwave, and all the necessary utensils. The hotel's location as an International Dark City made it perfect for stargazing, and we enjoyed using the Skyview app to explore the night sky right from our patio. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We also loved the proximity to the Borrego Springs sculptures in the desert, which was an amazing experience.

The inn is surrounded by beautiful desert scenery, and I enjoyed exploring the nearby metal sculptures. The night sky was stunning, perfect for stargazing. Although the lighting for reading was not the best, the continental breakfast in a separate room was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this inn for a relaxing and unique experience.
