The jetted tub was a highlight, too. the room had issues: a flooding washer and a leak from the jacuzzi were frustrating. Minor inconveniences included overpriced food and a shortage of towels. Staff were generally helpful, but the maintenance response was lacking after a leak and pest issues. It's a great location for fun, but cleanliness and maintenance need to be addressed. I’d love to return for longer, hoping the problems get fixed.

On the bright side, the suite had a lovely terrace overlooking the garden where we could unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. the patio furniture was a bit worn out and could use some updating for a more comfortable experience. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms worked well, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. We also appreciated the free toiletries provided in the bathroom, although we found the selection to be quite limited. While the suite did come equipped with a washing machine and cookware/kitchen utensils, we noticed that some of the utensils were missing or in need of replacement. This made it challenging to prepare meals in the room as we had initially planned. our experience at Star Island was pleasant, with some areas that could be improved. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the amenities offered, such as car hire and laundry services, were convenient. With a few upgrades and attention to detail, this resort has the potential to provide an even more enjoyable stay.

star island resort in hwy 192 was a fantastic choice for our family getaway. the villa we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with comfy beds and even sofa beds. the pool area with a waterfall was a refreshing spot to relax, and the jacuzzi tub added a touch of luxury. the location was convenient, with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options. the resort events kept us entertained, making it easy to enjoy our vacation without leaving the property.

Shaniq at check-in saved the day, and we lucked out with the best villa - waking up to alligators and turtles outside was unreal! The three pools were top-notch, especially the heated kids pool, and the pool bar staff were friendly. Only downside was the mix-up with our room not being ready on time, but overall, it didn't ruin our fantastic getaway experience. 🌴

Played tennis and volleyball, then hit up Universal CityWalk for sick vibes. So close to Disney, felt like a boss. Suite was dope, activities non, stop. Even hit the mini, golf post, swimming. Had a blast, can't wait to go back!

Need a lit dance floor for late, night parties, felt like something was missing for us night owls.
