Food was average, staff was slow at refilling, had to wait 10-15 minutes sometimes but service improved. Pool was dirty on Fri but fixed and clean on Sat. Location was convenient near mall and restaurants, and staff was accommodating. BBQ area was a nice addition.

The hotel and room were spotlessly clean, and the location was excellent, with easy access to major roads and the interstate. This extended stay hotel was a great choice for our romantic escape. the room was clean and smelled great, which added to the cozy atmosphere. We also appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen in the room, with amenities such as a full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. Additionally, the location of the hotel near a mall and Trader Joe's was a bonus, making it easy for us to grab any necessities or enjoy some shopping during our stay.

There were a few downsides to our experience at this hotel. This meant we had to take care of tasks such as taking out the trash and exchanging towels ourselves.

Great prices for longer stays, convenient location near major roads and interstate, phenomenal and accommodating staff, comfortable bed, great internet connection.

The caretaker on duty quickly resolved a room issue and even walked with us to ensure the new room was ready. Other staff members were also great and provided assistance when needed. The hotel's location was quiet and convenient, with a mall and restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure our wheelchair needs were met. They even gave us two rooms close together. The price was affordable and the location was convenient, especially for those visiting the Great American Ballpark. The hotel and rooms were clean, and we appreciated the fact that they had a kitchen, allowing us to prepare our own meals. we were very satisfied with the cleanliness, facilities, staff, and location of the hotel.

Our stay at Suburban was very pleasant. The location was easy to access from the interstate, and the price was just right. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The pool, although it had some initial issues, was eventually fixed and cleaned promptly. The housekeeping staff was especially nice, and the service was good. Despite a few minor inconveniences, our overall experience at Suburban Extended Stay Northeast was positive. I would recommend this hotel.
