Clean rooms, nice furnishings. Comfortable bed, ideal room temperature. Responsive staff swiftly resolved any issues. Great water pressure in the shower.

We recently stayed in a hotel that was conveniently located in a prime location. Right in the heart of the city, it was very easy to access various facilities around us including 6 different restaurants and a grocery store. we found that the hotel offered us great amenities while we were there, making our stay quite comfortable. It was also great value for money, which was a plus.

we had to wait over an hour to be checked in and the customer service was overall poor. the room we were given was not properly prepared and was dirty with vomit smell, which was unbearable.
