We were placed in the smoking section of the motel, which had a strong and unpleasant smell of stale cigarette smoke. the smell was even present in the lobby, where they served breakfast.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Beds were great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was convenient and easy to find.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. The evening clerk went out of her way to help me with a TV issue and the morning staff was polite and attentive. The cleaning crew also did a great job. I plan on returning because of the great service I received from the staff.

The Super 8 By Wyndham in Harrison is perfect for solo travelers. The pet-friendly facility is clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable, and everything is in working order. The staff, especially Tina and the gentleman on mornings, are polite, professional, and attentive. They go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. The cleaning crew is also exceptional. the experience feels like a home away from home, and I will definitely be returning.

The staff, especially Montana at the front desk, provided exceptional service. When I needed a tool for a motorcycle repair, Montana went above and beyond by calling her husband, who arrived with the necessary tool in minutes. I was impressed by the proactive call I received from the hotel, informing me in advance that they didn't have the type of bed I had requested. Also, I appreciated that they checked us in early when we arrived before the official check-in time and had available rooms.
