The suite was clean and had a separate bedroom. Necessary facilities were available, and staff was friendly. The room temperature was warm. Many dining options and gas stations were nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at Surestay Hotel By Best Western. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, explaining all the details of the hotel rewards program. Unlike our previous hotel, there was no noise or musty smell, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean without any musty smell. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially loved the fact that there was a door between the bedrooms in the suite. The front desk clerk was extremely pleasant and even took the time to explain the Best Western Rewards program to us. The staff, including the two sisters at the front desk, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The hotel is located in a safe area and we had no issues with parking or transportation. we were impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, friendly staff, and convenient location of this hotel.

The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. the rooms were spotless and well-maintained, making me feel comfortable and at ease during my stay. Additionally, the pillows provided were exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to have a great night's sleep after a long day of business meetings. the location of the hotel was also a major advantage, as it was conveniently close to the border, making it easily accessible for any travel plans in that area.

The breakfast options at the hotel were quite disappointing. I was expecting a wider variety of choices, but the offerings were limited to mainly cereal and waffles.

This hotel is situated in a great area that offers safety as well as many nearby restaurants and gas stations. The rooms featured comfortable furniture, a nice big bed and good showers. Additionally, the room service was accommodating to our needs and the breakfast offerings were tasty.

We did experience some issues with check-in and check-out procedures that were slightly time-consuming.

The location was also convenient as it was close to popular spots. one advantage was that the room was clean.

My stay wasn't completely satisfactory. the a/c in the first room I was given was bad.
