We loved the convenience of the first floor parking, making unloading and loading a breeze. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the Mount Shasta area and going out to eat. The hot tub, which comfortably accommodates 8 people, was always at the perfect temperature and located outdoors under a roof. We also enjoyed the community kitchen, well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare our own dinner.

Had a great stay at Swiss Holiday Lodge! Stayed for 3 nights, the hot showers with good pressure were a delight. Loved the hot tub with a view of Mt. Shasta, definitely the best part. Convenient location right off the freeway, easy check-in. Room had a mini fridge and microwave, and there was a kitchen available for use. Comfortable bed and beautiful mountain ranges to admire. Breakfast was basic but satisfying, and the nearby restaurant, Bombas, had delicious food. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The only small improvement I would suggest for the breakfast menu is to offer a wider variety of hot food options, such as eggs or pancakes.

The breakfast provided was basic but satisfying, with options like cereal, toast, hard-boiled eggs, coffee. The hotel facilities, including the outdoor hot tub, were well-maintained and enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel is close to hiking trails, which was a huge plus for me.

Shasta is simply breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of the property. the pool is heated, which was perfect for my young kids to enjoy. Some minor drawbacks include the lack of baths in the bathrooms, although the nicely done showers with built-in benches were a nice touch. Another aspect was the older TV in the room, although it did offer HBO.
