The value for money was great, and the room exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were welcoming and always in a good mood.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the shopping district and just a stone's throw away from the airport. The hotel even provided a free shuttle service to and from the airport, making my travel experience seamless.

Although this hotel is perfect for families, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to Tempe Town Lake, the light rail, and various sports stadiums. It was convenient to be able to walk to these attractions without having to worry about transportation. Additionally, the pool area was beautiful and provided a nice place to relax and cool off during the stay.

I was disappointed with the lack of complimentary water at the hotel. They charged an exorbitant price of $5 per bottle, which seemed excessive considering the cost per night.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Tempe for a couple of days. The staff at this hotel were genuinely friendly and professional. The rooms were beyond incredible, with personalized messages on the TV and utmost cleanliness and comfort. The rooftop pool and pool bar offered great views and a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was extremely convenient, with many great places to eat and drink within walking distance. The courtyard area with fireplaces and seating was a nice touch, and valet parking was free. it was a very cool experience that my kids loved, and I'm looking forward to visiting again.

The hotel facilities are impressive, including a rooftop pool and hot tub, an interior courtyard with palm trees and fountains, and a pub-style restaurant and bar called Harry's Place. The staff is friendly and always helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

It was also near the airport, making it a great location for business travelers. The room was comfortable and clean, with well-thought-out amenities, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch. The courtyard and pool facilities were spectacular, offering a great place to unwind and enjoy the sunset.

Some surrounding restaurants allow smoking, which can be unpleasant for those sensitive to smoke.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Tempe. The location was perfect for me as I needed to be close to Arizona State University, just a short cab ride away. The hotel is also situated on the vibrant Mill Avenue, filled with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Spanish architecture and beautiful courtyard with fountains gave the property a resort-like feel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the breakfast spread was one of the best in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The amenities and staff at the hotel were outstanding. the staff members, Ely and Andy, were particularly helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. the hotel is also perfect for special occasions, conventions, and weddings. the entire staff had a great attitude and went above and beyond to assist me.

The hotel had some issues with their reservation policies. Despite making a reservation a month in advance, they claimed that they couldn't honor it because I was under 21, even though this isn't a legal requirement in Arizona.

The hotel was in the flight path of the airport, so the noise from the planes starting at 6 AM could be disruptive for light sleepers. Additionally, the WiFi signal in the rooms was not very strong.
