We were a big group of friends and loved the breathtaking inn with spotless rooms and historic charm. The staff was awesome and the facilities were completely updated. A perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway!

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right on the edge of the UNC campus. Being able to walk around the campus and explore downtown Chapel Hill was so convenient. The rooms and public areas were beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable sitting area and in-room safe. The staff provided exemplary service and made me feel right at home. I also enjoyed the delicious food and drinks at the restaurant. my experience here was nothing short of a pleasure.

Destination By Hyatt offered a luxurious experience that improved our college visit. The in-house restaurant exceeded expectations and the historic photos throughout the hotel were a nice touch. We had a wonderful stay overall.

I loved the beautiful Georgian architecture of the hotel, it really added to the charm of my stay. the traditional interior design was also a highlight, giving the hotel a classic southern feel. the staff were diverse, enthusiastic, and always ready to help. the location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, just minutes away from campus and the restaurants on Franklin Street. It was so nice not having to worry about transportation or parking.

The historical presentation in the lobby and common areas could use some improvement to better represent diversity. It would be great to see a more inclusive and accurate portrayal of the hotel's history.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel located right on the best campus in the USA. The hotel is within walking distance to really good restaurants on Franklin Street and on the campus of the University of North Carolina. Our room was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the service was exceptional. The breakfast had an excellent selection of food and there were plenty of amenities available, such as quality linens and great Wi-Fi.
