The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were impressive. The location was perfect for us, as it was conveniently close to the hospital where my husband was. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the bar downstairs. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location were the standout features of this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The location was perfect, right downtown and close to everything. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel itself was high-end. They provided an iPad in the room for ordering room service and extra toiletries if needed. The restaurant in the hotel was a must-visit, with delicious food and friendly staff. Additionally, the free parking in the garage was a great bonus.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a hard time getting more coffee/creamer delivered to my room. I used the provided iPad and talked to the front desk twice, but they didn't bring it up. Finally, I called and they brought some up. It was a bit inconvenient, but they did eventually resolve the issue.

The room was clean and stylish, and the bed was really comfortable. the bathroom was large and beautifully designed. Additionally, the owner was present during the Superbowl showing and went out of his way to provide blankets to guests on the patio.

One downside is that the hotel is located right next to a hospital, so there is a lot of noise from ambulances. However, the front desk does provide earplugs to help block out the noise.
