I had a fantastic stay at this charming inn with stunning lake and sunset views. the hotel facilities were exceptional, including spacious rooms with jacuzzis, comfy beds, and modern amenities like a fridge and Keurig. the staff, especially Eric, were friendly and accommodating, making my experience truly memorable. Additionally, the location was ideal, offering a peaceful retreat close to a bustling city and within walking distance of a popular local bar and restaurant. Cons: Not obvious to find in this city.

This hotel is a great value for the money with basic amenities and a great staff. The rooms with great views and hot tubs are especially nice, and the breakfast included is delicious.

Loved the cozy fireplace in our room with a beautiful view. The Jacuzzi was clean and perfect for a relaxing soak. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this inn.

Located near the lake front, the hotel offers a picturesque view of the water and a charming ambiance. The rooms, although a bit dated, are comfortable with a king-sized bed and open French doors that overlook the lake. The staff, for the most part, were pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast, while continental in nature, could use improvement but is still sufficient. There is also a restaurant within walking distance that offers great views and decent food and drinks.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, with some guests reporting stained carpets and chipped sinks.

The room was fantastic - 2-story with whirlpool, gas fireplaces, TV, walk-in shower, and balcony overlooking Lake Como. Wonderful staff, Nicole and Alexandra, were welcoming and attentive. Amazing view and enjoyed the pool area. Close to Lake Geneva town.

Great complementary breakfast with a variety of choices. Excellent lakeside location, perfect for a relaxing getaway from work stress. the pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for a quick dip after a long day of business meetings.

The decor and furnishings need a little updating. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and hard to connect to, making it difficult to get any work done outside of the office.
