We had the best hotel stay ever! The staff spoiled us and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The location was convenient, right in the center of downtown. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch and the staff were polite and helpful.

The staff at the hotel were rude and treated guests poorly, especially if they were not dressed in formal attire. There was also a lack of dining options, with only a cafe on-site and a limited menu at the hotel bar.

Our room was impeccable, with Frette linens and a Nespresso machine. Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with the TV, but the staff quickly comped our valet parking as an apology. The vintage vibe is charming and the location is perfect. I recommend it.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we found disappointing. the parking situation was quite problematic.

The hotel's central location in Uptown was perfect, surrounded by an array of dining options and attractions. The continental breakfast in the cozy library was a highlight, featuring delicious pastries, fresh fruit, and a variety of coffee options. Our room was beautifully appointed, with luxurious linens, Lutron controls, and top-notch amenities. The attention to detail and overall experience were outstanding.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

What a beautiful hotel. I booked on a whim when my flight to NYC was cancelled. What a find! The staff were welcoming and remembered we were on our honeymoon, with a bottle of champagne waiting for us. The bed and fluffy pillows were great, and I loved having an espresso machine in the room. The breakfast area staff were lovely and hospitable.

The hotel was in a great spot, right in the heart of the city. It was super convenient to be able to walk to all the nearby restaurants and attractions. the staff was really friendly and helpful, except for a couple of front desk employees. the room itself was very clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the TV in our room didn't work and the staff couldn't fix it.

The Ivey Hotel was a beautiful luxury experience. The rooms were tastefully decorated with marble accents and small details that added to the overall ambiance. The street view from our room was fantastic. We loved being able to walk to bars and fancy restaurants nearby.
