The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, taking care of all our additional requests. The location was perfect, with plenty of great eateries nearby. The restaurant at the hotel was also impressive, and the room service options were plentiful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. The room was huge, with a separate place for business meetings. The view from the room was amazing, and the swimming pool was beautiful. The location was perfect, with close proximity to the shuttle bus to the McCormick Congress Center and within walking distance to Millennium Park, the Art Institute, and the Sky Deck. There were also metro stations, shopping centers, and restaurants nearby. The breakfast, although quite expensive, was very tasty. I felt safe walking around even at night. Special thanks to Kevin, James, and the entrance attendant who took care of my fragile luggage.

Exceptional service and breathtaking river views. The club lounge with its candy counter and popcorn machine was a delightful surprise. The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by great restaurants and shops. the views from the hotel were also amazing, especially from the higher floors. I really enjoyed waking up to a beautiful cityscape every morning. Another advantage was the stunning lobby, it was so grand and luxurious, it made you feel like you were in a movie.

One thing I did not like about the hotel was the excessive charge for a rollaway bed. I understand there may be an extra fee, but $50.00 per night seemed a bit excessive.

The hotel had a great pool area and the staff were friendly. the location was key as it was near all the attractions we wanted to visit. the room was spacious and comfortable.

The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. There were also noisy children in the pool area, which made it difficult to relax.

We also loved the Club level experience, with personalized service and attention to detail. the butler service was exceptional, remembering our preferences and surprising us with treats in our room. Truly a luxurious and memorable stay!
