I stayed at this hotel and I loved it! The location was excellent, with shops and the water within easy walking distance. The room was beautifully appointed, with a spacious and gracious feel. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. The owner was very welcoming and provided a delicious breakfast in a cute basket. The service throughout my stay was attentive and the staff were friendly. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the room and the nice sitting area. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the charming town outside its doors. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I enjoyed cozying up by the fireplace. Great location near charming shops and a fabulous dinner spot. the hostess was kind and hospitable, creating a French ambience with antique decor and fantastic linens. the accommodations were comfortable, with a wonderful shower and a cozy bed. the outside space was a nice touch.

Limited amenities, with no access to ice or a way to store food. the lack of a comfortable bed made for a restless night, and communication outside of breakfast was unclear.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of town and close to the water. We had a peaceful and restful night, and the atmosphere made us feel like we were transported to a serene French countryside. We can't wait to come back!

The road noise from Highway 1 was quite loud and there was no air conditioning, so we had to keep the windows open. Additionally, having access to ice or a way to store food would have been convenient.

The value for money at Marston House was exceptional. The room was comfortable, attractive, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect, with great shops to explore right next door, and Water Street Kitchen and Bar was a fabulous dinner spot. The staff, especially our French host, went above and beyond to make our stay special and ensured that everything was taken care of.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast option even better would be the addition of a way to store food, heat things up, or even have hot tea in the evening.

We had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. the room was clean and tastefully furnished, with a comfortable bed. the breakfast, delivered in a picnic hamper, was beautifully presented and included yogurt, granola, stewed apple. the key location of the hotel allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions. Plus, the friendly owner provided helpful suggestions for activities in the area.
