The lobby is stunning with beautiful hardwood floors, a cozy carpet, and a lovely ceiling fan. Our room, spacious and comfortable, had a luxurious walk-in shower with triple shower heads. The desk/vanity area had a comfortable leather chair and a lighted makeup mirror. Room service was prompt and the staff was attentive, even offering to take photos for us. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay downtown.

I had a wonderful stay at this place during my recent trip. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown attractions and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent room service and even helping me with car hire and laundry. The in-room amenities were fantastic, including tea and coffee facilities, a microwave and refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. I also enjoyed the lovely sun terrace and fitness centre.

During our recent stay, we found the hotel to be in a great location, with easy access to restaurants and local attractions. The staff was attentive and courteous, and the room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant and the variety of nearby dining options. The hotel also had excellent event facilities and comfortable suites with mini kitchens.

We were disappointed to find that the hotel lacked some basic amenities, such as glasses and washcloths. We also experienced some issues with in-room dining and the front desk service.

The historic building with interesting decorations in the rooms made for a unique and enjoyable stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, accommodating and met all our needs. The location was convenient for exploring downtown attractions and enjoying local cuisine. The bed and linens were comfortable for a good night's rest. Would definitely recommend to others.

The hotel had a beautiful facility and the lobby was stunning. the vintage architecture mixed with modern technology was a great combination. the rooms were incredibly spacious, with a full kitchen and a fantastic view of the city. the penthouse bar was also a highlight, with an amazing outdoor space to enjoy.

The staff was rude and seemed overworked and understaffed. They didn't provide any information during check-in and didn't seem interested in helping guests.
