The rooms are stunning, with comfortable beds that feel like sleeping on clouds. The staff is friendly and professional, going out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Plus, the hotel offers quality amenities such as valet service and a Forbes 4-star service rating.

The hotel could improve on providing clearer instructions to guests about any ongoing renovations or construction happening on their floors, to avoid any confusion or inconvenience.

We loved the location of the hotel in downtown Portland, as it was close to everything we wanted to explore. The staff were incredibly helpful and directed us to a cheaper overnight car park. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the spacious and well-powered shower in the bathroom.

One drawback was the lack of activities in the room, limiting our options for entertainment. Additionally, some rooms did not have windows facing outside, which made the space feel closed off and disconnected from the outside world.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in downtown Portland. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and all the attractions.
