my recent stay at a hostel in Wailuku was amazing. Howzit Hostels exceeded my expectations with their friendly staff, insider tips, and fun excursions. I especially loved the cozy common area and delicious free breakfast options.

Laundry room not working.

Friendly fellow guests and a variety of free activities made for a fun and social stay. The backyard was a great place to relax and the free parking was convenient. a highly recommended hostel experience.

Great location, well kept kitchen, available ingredients, clean bathrooms, attentive staff, friendly atmosphere.

All was perfect.

The common areas were quite clean, which was a pleasant surprise. I also appreciated the free phone calls and the convenient shuttle service to the airport. the rooms were not cramped, even with all the beds full, and the breakfast supplies provided were a nice gesture.

There were a few drawbacks. the dormitory rooms had a strong smell of urine, which made the overall cleanliness questionable.

The rooms have ample charging points and even provide shelves for electronics on the top bunks. The self check-in process and keypad entry felt safe and convenient. The breakfast inclusion of pancake mix available anytime was a great addition. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location near the airport was convenient.

I recently stayed at Howzit Hostels for the first time during my trip to Maui. The reception lady was delightful and the single room with a queen bed was comfortable and quiet. I loved having my own air conditioner and ceiling fan, as well as a desk, small refrigerator, and storage. The kitchen was well-equipped and always kept clean. Despite the diverse clientele, the hostel remained organized. The neighborhood may look sketchy, but I felt quite safe. I was lucky to stumble upon a traveling "first Friday" event just a block away, which showcased local food, art, and live music. I highly recommend checking out Aria's restaurant nearby for a delicious meal in a classy environment with a touch of Aloha. I had a great time at Howzit Hostels!
