The value for my money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable, especially for the Upper East Side. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted while still being peaceful and away from street noise. The staff, particularly Vanessa and Nermine at the front desk, were outstanding. They were incredibly charming, lovely, and professional. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job keeping my room immaculately clean and beautiful. I had some special requests, and everyone went above and beyond to accommodate them. The room service was top-notch, with delicious food from Cafe Boulud. my stay at this hotel was delightful, and I highly recommend it.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering more affordable prices. While the hotel had many other great features, paying $20 for a cup of tea and $27 for a grilled cheese felt like an utter rip-off.

Located in a convenient upper east side neighborhood. Friendly, attentive staff. Elegant, tastefully decorated rooms with comfortable beds. Generous toiletries and spacious shower area. Bar stocked with top shelf liquor and an excellent cocktail list.

Some rooms unavailable, but they provided extra room at no extra cost. Above other NYC hotels, large, comfy room, friendly staff. Amazing bed and diverse mini bar cocktails. Central park view, close to Met and Guggenheim. Perfect location.

The Surrey offers a fantastic location near Central Park, with a variety of family-friendly activities nearby. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a 20's style and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We also enjoyed the amenities, such as the good restaurant and luxurious Dyptique shampoo provided in the room.

Recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The location is perfect, away from street noise but still close to everything. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with a lovely mosaic marble pattern in the bathrooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. An added bonus was the complimentary car service, which I used to attend a meeting. a fantastic experience.
