Conveniently located in Lake Sumter with great views of the lake, and close proximity to shopping and entertainment. The staff, apart from one unpleasant encounter, was pleasant and helpful. The pool was beautiful and relaxing, and the room was comfortable with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. The hotel offered what we needed and was affordable. The only downside was slow elevators, but it didn't affect our stay. a pleasant experience.

This hotel was in a great location, right in the heart of Sumter Landing Square. It was perfect for us to easily walk to the restaurants and shops in The Villages. The value for money was excellent, as the rooms looked like we should pay much less than we did. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Despite some dated decor, the basic amenities were provided and the room was spacious. The breakfast, while average, was still tasty and provided a good start to the day.

There was one aspect of our stay that could be improved. The room was never serviced until late afternoon, which meant no fresh towels until later in the day.
