We stayed at The Westin Nanea Ocean Villas for our honeymoon and it was beautiful! The oceanfront views were amazing and the unit was spacious with a huge balcony. The resort was perfect for families, with kid-friendly pool facilities and plenty of food options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the nearby 5-star restaurant, Dukes. The property was easy to navigate and close to everything we needed. a great experience!

The resort had great facilities with a lot of potential. the location was perfect, with a beautiful beach for snorkeling and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating, doing their best to keep guests safe.

The housekeeping service needed improvement, as they didn't clean our room after the first night and didn't replenish the shower gel. the electrical system had some issues, but considering it was a new resort, these were likely just teething problems.

The pool area was perfect for families, with plenty of fun features like splash pads and slides. I especially loved the pool-side bar, where the friendly staff would come to take your order. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable. I particularly appreciated the well-appointed kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and basic kitchen necessities. The highlight for me was the stunning ocean view from the lanai, which provided the perfect backdrop for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. this place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it for both families and couples.

The hotel was in a great location with beautiful views. the complimentary buffet breakfast and robes were a nice touch. the beds were very comfortable.

The price of parking was too high, and extra charges for basic amenities like cooking oil and equipment like snorkels and paddleboards should not be required. the pool layout was not peaceful and adult-friendly, and the workout facility should have had more recumbent bikes.

Some staff members were unhelpful in giving directions and there were issues with account holds for room charges.
