We had a fantastic stay here! The location was absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from the airport. It made our travel so much more convenient. We also loved the fact that there were shops and commercial services nearby, making it easy for us to pick up any last-minute items.

The hotel has a great location, close to the airport and within walking distance to a railway station. It's also near Chicago attractions. The rooms are well-designed and comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean. The gym is good and there's a convenient gift shop.

The shuttle service to and from O'Hare Airport was reliable and efficient, ensuring that we arrived on time for our deadlines. The staff at the Westin were also friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room itself was clean, with a beautiful view of the city, and the beds were comfortable. Additionally, the availability of USB ports for charging our devices was a convenient touch.

The gym in the hotel was great, with modern equipment and a good variety of workout options. the lobby was well-designed and had a nice atmosphere. the hotel had easy access to the airport, which made it convenient for flying in and out. Additionally, there were plenty of nearby restaurants and convenience stores, making it easy to find food and necessities.

The pillows in the hotel were long and thin, which made them uncomfortable to sleep on. the beds were also too soft, causing some back issues.

The hotel has an excellent shuttle service to O'Hare airport every 15 minutes. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have a great waterfall shower. We had a fantastic night's sleep in the hotel bed. I will recommend this hotel.

The airport shuttle service was incredibly convenient, running every 15 minutes. the open layout of the hotel and the spacious rooms were impressive. the lobby had a minimalist design that was pleasing to the eye. Additionally, the restaurant offered good deals and had a menu with delicious options.

There were a couple of disappointing aspects during my stay. the hotel charged for WiFi connection, which is quite ridiculous considering how it is free in many other places.

Everything was first class. The room was beautiful, well appointed, and smelled fresh and clean. The shuttle service was prompt and efficient, with a short drive to and from the airport. The Westin staff was terrific, allowing for an early check-in and providing a wheelchair for my husband.
