As a solo traveler, I loved the hidden gem feel of the hotel. The view of the river was stunning, creating a relaxing atmosphere just with the sound of the running water. The staff, especially the doorman, were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The hotel check-in area smelled amazing with its signature white tea scent. The room was clean and modern, with all the amenities I needed. Additionally, there were great restaurants nearby for a delicious meal.

Staying by the river was marvelous with its walking trail and gorgeous pier views. The location was so convenient, being right by the downtown area and freeway access. I loved the stylish and well-equipped rooms with a fresh aroma, modern amenities and clean, well-stoked bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with first-rate service. I was genuinely pleased with the facilities, including a great restaurant and friendly valet service.

I would have preferred more security in the parking lot.

I had a wonderful stay at the Westin. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, with a separate shower and bathtub in the bathroom. The water pressure was great, and the air conditioner kept the room very comfortable. The breakfast service was a highlight for me, with a menu card where you could select your choices and have it delivered to your room at your chosen time. The hotel also offers night time snacks like crackers and peanut butter or yogurt parfait.

Best aspects of our romantic escape were the beautiful river views from our balcony and the excellent customer service. the hotel staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and recognized. the location was also a key factor, as it was a quiet area just a short distance from downtown, allowing us to relax and unwind without the hustle and bustle of the city.

Worst aspects of our stay were the outdated facilities and the noisy air conditioning unit. the hotel could benefit from some renovations, especially in the carpets and furniture, as they showed signs of wear and tear.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, right off the highway and next to a busy freeway. Despite this, it was surprisingly quiet and private. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and accommodating. They even offer 24-hour cart rides between the parking lot and the lobby. I appreciated the free parking and Wi-Fi, especially as a Bon Voy member. The hotel facilities were clean and well cared for, including my spacious room. The bathroom was particularly impressive, with a clean and romantic claw foot bathtub. The hotel also offered beautiful views of the river, and even the non-river side rooms had pleasant views of trees.

The hotel's restaurant service left a lot to be desired. the food was expensive and took a long time to arrive, and even then, the orders were often incorrect.

Helpful and accommodating throughout the stay, ensuring business needs were met and providing delicious room service. Attentive staff made the stay enjoyable, going the extra mile to assist with unloading and privacy concerns.

The staff at Westin made our stay exceptional. They were incredibly accommodating and kind, especially Michael Gabriel, who helped us with a reservation mistake and made check-in a breeze. We always choose Westin for our trips because of their outstanding customer service.

The room was beautiful, allowing for a relaxing bath. Service dog friendly policy. Helpful staff lent charge cord. Lovely pool and jacuzzi, windows opened to enjoy rain. Fresh smelling bedding and in-room safe. Soothing spa and great customer service with room upgrade.

The bed was amazing. the sheets were fresh and cool, and I had a great night's sleep. the hotel location was perfect, not too busy and had a nice view. the dog-friendly policy was a plus, and there was even food and water bowls provided.

The gym could use some improvements, it was too drafty and didn't have enough equipment. the carpet and some furniture were worn down, and the fridge in the lobby was poorly stocked.
