I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for visiting the theme parks with my little ones. We were able to easily walk to the parks and even took a boat transfer, which was a fun added touch. The theming throughout the hotel was excellent and made us feel like we were part of the excitement. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel important and treated us like royalty. The fast passes for the theme parks were a major perk and allowed us to make the most of our time. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The hotel looked a bit tired and could use a refurbishment.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. We've stayed here a couple of times before, so we knew what to expect. But this time, our expectations were totally surpassed. The hotel staff, from check-in to room service to the concierge, went above and beyond. Special mention to Nan on the 7th floor club level, who was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were top-notch, and the room was fantastic. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was just a short walk from the theme parks. The staff gave us great service and our room was always clean and ready for us. We appreciated the amenities like the car hire, shuttle service and express passes to avoid long lines.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay close to the theme parks.

The recently refurbished room was impressive and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel's pool area was fantastic and the reception staff provided excellent service. I was lucky enough to arrive on the last Thursday of the month when they had a live music concert in the lobby, which was a great bonus. The hotel's location was perfect for accessing Universal and Islands of Adventure, and the automatic fast pass and early entry to Universal studios were a major plus. The walkway to Universal was also wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for all guests. I would definitely book this beautiful and clean hotel again, especially because of the fantastic express passes and the option of a cotton blanket instead of a duvet, which was much appreciated.

The staff at the hotel was amazing, from the valet to the front desk and the bar staff. They were all very helpful and made us feel welcome. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, just a short walk or boat ride to the parks. Plus, we loved the unlimited free fast passes and free bag checks, which made our day at the parks so much easier. the pool was clean and fun, with lifeguards on duty and complimentary life jackets for the kids.

The food at the hotel was quite expensive, so we ended up bringing our own snacks and drinks to save some money. Also, the bathroom could have had more counter space and the room lighting was a bit dim.

I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel for one night and the bed was the best I've ever slept in. The room was perfectly clean, the pool was stunning at night, and the location was perfect for visiting Universal. I loved that I could walk to the parks and enjoy the amazing ambiance of the hotel. The proximity to the parks and City Walk was unbeatable, and the early entry and express pass were a great perk. The pool and live music in the bar were also highlights of my stay.

It was all superb.

The beds at The Hard Rock Hotel were the best I've ever slept in, super soft and comfortable. The pool was gorgeous, especially at night, and you could even eat by the pool while they prepared your meal. The staff, both at the pool bar and reception, were friendly and made us feel like rock stars. The rooms were spacious and had fun rock touches, like a height chart of pop/rock stars on the mirror. Plus, our stay included Express Passes which was a great bonus.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxury hotel! The atmosphere here was incredible, with a modern musical palace vibe that made us feel like royalty. The location couldn't have been better, as we were just a short walk through beautiful gardens away from Universal Studios. Alternatively, we could take a relaxing water taxi ride straight into the park. Plus, the free express passes and early entry to Harry Potter world were a dream come true - we saved so much time by skipping the queues!

Honestly, there were no negative aspects to mention about this hotel. It truly exceeded our expectations in every aspect.

Excellent location with easy access to Universal parks and City Walk via ferry or short walk. Spacious and modern room with two sinks and mini-fridge. Enjoyed the Hard Rock waterslide and pool with underwater music. a great experience and would recommend.
